My real estate background:
I am a lifelong Chicago area resident and DePaul University graduate. I started full time in real estate in 2003 and quickly landed a 43 unit new construction sales project in the South Loop where I was the top sales agent out selling my then companies “top brokers” by a 3 to 1 margin. I have not looked back since and have had many successful accomplishments along the way. I really enjoy helping people (buy, sell or rent) their home (properties), as well as strategically assisting with finding the right investment properties.. I have even made one client a $500,000 profit due to his trust in my advice! My area wide knowledge is without compromise having grown up in west suburban Oak Brook and Naperville, as well as having lived in Chicago for almost twenty years. I know many of the neighborhoods very well and have lived in Lincoln Park, Uptown, Ravenswood, Ukrainian Village, River West, Gold Coast, Bridgeport and the South Loop. This intangible experience can and will only help you as my client. Additionally, I have real estate specific experience in corporate relocation (buyers and renters), new construction sales, custom homes, working with builders, investment properties (short and long term holds), land purchases, zoning, apartment building purchases and sales, condos, lofts, luxury properties and apartment/condo/house rentals. Lastly, I use cutting edge technology and industry contacts for all seller marketing as well as detailed pricing analysis reports and I am highly skilled at negotiating contracts. I use tools and stats most agents/brokers do not even know exist. I have successfully negotiated and closed on deals for buyers and sellers up to $2,100,000 and rentals up to $6000 per month.
